Paving
Whether laying down a fresh mat or doing an overlay, we use DOT specification asphalt mixes. Our Blaw-Knox pavers and high quality rollers ensure a long lasting, smooth and attractive finished product.

Patching
Alligatoring? Soft spots? Our patching and repair work can fix and improve your situation. In some cases we recommend saw cutting, removing, and reworking the sub-grade and replacing the asphalt. In other instances, we can use Infrared Heating Technology to rework the existing asphalt.

Crack Sealing
Our FAA approved rubberized compound seals cracks to prevent water infiltration. Crack sealing may be the single most important preventative maintenance item. Our crews are expert at making sure your situation does not get out of hand.

Sealcoating
We use a penetrating oil sealer. This asphalt rejuvenating compound dramatically increases the useful life of asphalt and stands up exceptionally well to the Colorado elements. The waterproof seal looks like a freshly laid mat and has superior wear.
